Inge Baer, 89 of West Hartford died July 5. She was the beloved wife of the late Julius Baer. She was the daughter of Dr. Georg and Judith in Berlin, Germany. She was a survivor of the Holocaust, escaping at the age of sixteen by way of the Kinder Transport. She is survived by her daughter Linda, son-in-law William, and grandsons Robert and Steven Marks of West Hartford.
