Ida Charlotte (Zirin) Strouch, 100, of West Hartford and Niantic died June 19. She was the widow of Charles C. Strouch. Born in Bellarus , she was the daughter of Max and Sarah Zirin. She is survived by her children, Stanley Strouch and his wife Susan of Lake Worth, Fla., Dr. Martin Strouch and wife Susan of Avon, and Janice Whitney and husband Lawrence of Simsbury; her grandchildren, Michael Strouch and his wife Laurie, Lori Kolinsky and husband Stuart, Marci Strouch, Julie McDonald and husband Douglas, and Dr. Matthew Strouch and his wife Dr. Zaneta Strouch; her great-grandchildren are Zachary, Rebecca, and Jacob Strouch, Joshua Kolinsky, Bradley, Georgia and Luke McDonald, and Emmett and Avery Strouch. Ida is also survived by her brother Louis Zirin and brother Joseph Zirin and his wife Eleanor.
