Arthur R. Potoff, 83, of Boca Raton, Fla. died on May 17.  He was the husband of Esther (Esse) Potoff. Born in New Britain and raised in Ansonia, he was the son of Irving and Esther Potoff. He served in the U.S. Army, including a tour of duty in the Philippines. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Francee (Richard) Sviridoff, of Woodbridge, and Jayne (David) Stockton of Atlanta, Ga.; and his grandchildren Leslie, Bonnie, Steven, Brian and Drew.
