Benjamin Ruchin, 89, of Boca Raton, Fla., formerly of West Hartford, died March 16.  He was the husband of Bea (Gordon) Ruchin. In addition to his wife, he is also survived by his brother Morris Ruchin.  He served in the U.S. Coast Guard during World War II. He was predeceased by his daughter Arlene Alnendral and his son Larry Ruchin.
