Sidney Lebowitz of West Hartford died March 23.  He was the widower of Esther (Stein) Lebowitz. Born in Hartford, he was the son of the late Louis and Sally (Fish) Lebowitz.  He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of World War II. He is survived by his daughters, Jane (Daniel) O’Connor of West Hartford, Andrea (Carl) Raymond of Farmington, Donna (John) Glembocki of Southwick, Mass., Sheri (Todd) Bentsen of Union; his sister, Irma Landerman of West Hartford; his grandchildren, Michael O’Connor, Deborah O’Connor, Benjamin Persky, Joshua Persky, Naomi Sigell, Brandon Dryburgh, Magan Dryburgh, Carli DFryburgh, and Kim Kurtz; and six great-grandchildren.
