Beverly Kosoff Sigel, 73, of Israel died Feb. 27. She was the wife of Noel Sigal. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of Louis and Edith (Goldstein) Kosoff.  In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Laora (Seegev) Baram, Tamir (Karin) Sigal, and Elan (Dafna) Sigal; 11 grandchildren, all in Israel; and a sister, Marilyn (Seymour) Benson of Bloomfield.
