Monica A. Wolff, 61, died Feb. 20. She was the wife of Paul Tchernotzkas. Born in Buffalo, N.Y., .she was the daughter of the late Erich and Anita (Blum) Wolff. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughters Michele and Amanda; her mother-in-law Fruma; and her brothers, Peter (Judi) Wolff and of Sarasota, Fla. and Frank (Ellen) Wolff of Farmington Hills, Mich.
