Bluma Feigelman, 92, of New Haven, died Feb. 27. She was the widow of the late Pyotr Feigelman. Born in Berdichev, U.S.S.R., Feb. 13, 1920, she was a daughter of the late Moshe and Inda Tsisin. She is survived by her daughter, Anna Feigelman of Woodbridge; and her grandson Vladimir Gelfand.
