Sheldon Chafetz, 75, died Dec. 31, 2011 at St. Francis Hospital. He was the widower of  Jocelyn (Violette) Chafetz. He is survived by his children, Stuart Chafetz and his wife, Ann Krinitsky of San Rafael, CA and Chautauqua, NY, and Deena Chafetz of Santa Fe, NM; and his brother Gerald Chafetz and his wife Alice of Rockville Centre, NY
