Arthur Herbert “Bushy” Epstein, 84, of West Hartford  died Dec. 22. He was the husband of Mary Epstein. Born in Hartford, he was the son of Samuel and Shirley Epstein. He served in the American and Pacific Theaters of Operation while serving in the United States Navy aboard The U.S.S. Rogers. He received the World War II Victory Medal and was a member of the Jewish War Veterans. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Mark (Linda) Epstein, Gary (Pamela) Epstein, and Seth (Rebecca) Epstein; his brother Harold); his sister Linda (Albert) Reichin: his grandchildren, Joelle (Matthew), Rachel and Jon, Jenna and Samuel Epstein. He was predeceased by his brother Jerold and his sisters Marjorie Strano and Barbara Masters.
