It won’t be long now…before the Emanuel Synagogue USY learns whether or not it has been selected as the Conservative teen organization’s International Chapter of the Year. The group, which has already been named Hanefesh Region Chapter of the Year, has been nominated for the prestigious award. The winner will be announced later this month at USY’s international convention in Philadelwphia.
