WEST HARTFORD – Bruce and Roberta Singer and Harry and Robin Weller, all of West Hartford, will be honored by Beth David Synagogue at a Tribute Dinner to be held on Sunday evening, Nov. 13 at the West Hartford shul.

The Singers’ daughter, Eliana, attends Solomon Schechter Day School.
Robin and Harry Weller have been active members of Beth David since they joined 30 years ago. Harry Weller has been a synagogue board member for most of the past 25 years, serving as a former president, vice president and ritual chair. He also has served on the Judaic board of the Bess and Paul Sigel Hebrew Academy and has been involved at the Chabad House of Greater Hartford. A native of Long Branch, N.J., Weller is a senior assistant state’s attorney in the Office of the Chief State’s Attorney, working for the state Division of Criminal Justice.
West Hartford native Robyn Weller has been a teacher at Granby Memorial Middle School and Granby Memorial High School for the past 30 years. At Beth David, she has served as president and vice president of the Sisterhood, the rabbi selection, nominating and chesed committees, and has helped plan numerous synagogue dinners.
The Wellers have two daughters, Sarah, a teacher at the Jerusalem American International School; and Elayna, about to complete a BS degree at University of Connecticut’s School of Nursing.
