Abraham ‘Al’ Liverant, 91, of West Hartford, Nov. 20. He was the widower of Dorothy (Kernberg) Liverant. Born in Willimantic, he was the son of the late Nathan and Esther (Solinsky) Liverant.  He served as a U.S. Merchant Marine during World War II. He is survived by his children, Wendy S. Liverant of Alpharetta, Ga. and Robert C. Liverant of Racine, Wisc.; two granddaughters, Natalie U. Liverant and Stephanie K. Liverant; his sister, Pearl Liverant Vogel of Bloomfield; and his brother, Phillip Liverant of Colchester. He was also predeceased by his siblings, Benjamin Liverant, Ruth Liverant Peck, and Israel “Zeke” Liverant.
