Theodore (Ted) Shaker, 90, of West Hartford died Sept. 21.  He was the husband of Bernice Shaker. He was the son of Rose (Fleischman) and Barney Shaker. He served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons, Howard (Cathy) Shaker of Washington, D.C., and Steven (Jenny) Shaker of Fairfax Station, Vir.; his sister Mildred Blumenthal of Manchester; and his grandchildren: Stephanie, Jessica, Kevin and Scott. He was predeceased by his brother Kenneth and sister Shirley.
