Ruth E. Falkin of West Hartford died Oct. 12. Born in Hartford, she was the daughter of the late William R. Falkin, Sr. And Jane A. Falkin. She is survived by her sister, Janice A. Falkin of Boston; and three cousins, Ethel F. Fried and Howard D. Falkin both of West Hartford, and Gary Seaman of Bethel.
