Norman A. Cohen, 91, of West Hartford, died Sept. 18. He was the husband of Sylvia (Rutstein) Cohen. Born in Hartford, he was the son of Harry and Sarah (Rosenberg) Cohen. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of World War II. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Helene C. (Gary) Fisher of Maple Glen, Penn., and Larry (Julie) Cohen of Woodbridge; four grandchildren, Matthew Fisher, Jeremy Fisher, Nicholas Cohen and Alexis Cohen; and his brother Donald Cohen of West Hartford.
