Stuart N. Lott, 65, of Simsbury died June 27. He was the husband of Martha Cohen Lott. Born in New Rochelle, N.Y., he was the son of Rose Rubin Lott and Sidney Lott. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son Steven (Laura) Lott of Clifton, Va., and Robert Lott of Washington, D.C.; his sister, Dr. Deborah (Dr. Julian) Ferholt of Hamden.
