Southern New England Jewish LedgerSharon (Kargman) Deschamps of West Hartford died July 8. She is survived by her sister, Joan Hartstone; her brother-in-law Joel Hartstone; and nieces and nephews, Emily, Stuart, Jarrett, Alexis and Jeffrey, all of Bloomfield.
