Lenore Sachs, 77, of Fairfield, died July 15. She was the widow of Howard M. Sachs. Born in Bridgeport, she was the daughter of the late Max D. and Grace (Kleinman) Horowitz. She is survived by her children, Jerel M. (Libby) Sachs, , Rabbi Colonel Mark D. (Sharon) Sachs, Robert A. (Laurie) Sachs, and Dr. Judith E. (Ray Schnitzler) Sachs; her grandchildren, Tzipora Sachs, Hanon Sachs, Rachel Fox, Jason Sachs, Gabrielle Sachs, David Sachs, Elysia Sachs, Joshua Sachs, Benjamin Sachs, Leo Sachs; and her great-grandchildren, Shira, Estee, Eliezer and Matana. She was also pre-deceased by her brother, Stuart J. Hunter.
