Alfred Tager, 81, of Bloomfield, died July 11. He was the widower of Evelyn (Perler) Tager. Born in Hartford, he was the son of the late Max and Sarah (Gorban) Tager. He is survived by his sons, Barry Tager, Jeff  (Orit) Tager, and Lee (Susan) Tager; his grandchildren, David (Paige) Desrosiers, Danny Desrosiers, Brian Tager, Sara (fiancé Justin Cooper Tager), and Adam Tager; and his sister-in-law Mildred Tager. He was also predeceased by his brother George Tager.
