Phyllis (Eldridge) Rosenblatt, 84, of Newington died June 12. She was the wife of Donald C. Rosenblatt. Born in New Haven, she was the daughter of the late Barney and Kate (Racow) Eldridge. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son, Paul S. Rosenblatt of Cromwell; her granddaughter, Mary K. Rosenblatt of Cromwell. She was predeceased by her brother, Malcolm Eldridge.
