Among those on hand to do the honors were several area rabbis and friends, including (in front) Rabbi Yosef Wolvovsky of the Benet Rothstein Chabad Jewish Center in Glastonbury; (right to left) Rabbi Shaya Gopin of Chabad Jewish Center in West Hartford; Ledger publisher N. Richard Greenfield; Rabbi Jeffrey Glickman of Temple Beth Hillel in South Windsor; Rabbi Yitzchok Adler of Beth David Synagogue in West Hartford; and philanthropists and community leaders Henry and Eric Zachs, who are the Ledger’s new neighbors.
Now that our bags are unpacked and our operation is fully up and running at our beautiful new offices, the Connecticut Jewish Ledger’s publisher, N. Richard Greenfield and Ledger staff celebrated the newspaper’s recent move to 36 Woodland Street in Hartford with a ceremony to erect mezuzot on our doorposts.
