Cele (“Cepa”) Herman, 95, formerly of Hartford and Bloomfield, died May 22.  She was the widow of Joseph Herman. She was the daughter of the late Joseph Feinstein and Freida Feinstein. She is survived by her children, Mickey (Santa) Herman, Gary (Judy) Herman of West Hartford; her grandchildren, Justin Herman (fiancé, Julie McNally), Nathanael (Tiffany) Herman, Ilana Herman, Scott (Nichole) Herman; and her great-grandchildren, Dylan, Vinny, Jakob, Sydney, Jonas, and Parker. She was predeceased by her six siblings.
