Michael “Miki” Neumann, 64, of West Hartford, died April 21. He was the husband of Helen (MacGowan) Neumann. Born in Jerusalem, he was the son of the late Jehuda and Chava (Beregi) Neumann. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Joseph M. (Rachel) Neumann of Baltimore, Md., Rachel M. (Kuba Glzek) Neumann of Philadelphia, Penn.; and a sister Orna M. Neumann of England.
