Hebrew Health Care Goes Green

Hebrew Health Care (HHC) hosted its annual Green Fair at the agency’s West Hartford location recently.  Coordinated by Hebrew Health Care’s very own Green committee — made up of employees and residents — the fair included local “Green” vendors such as AGWAY, CT Department of Public Utility Control, Stop and Shop and The English Lady, among many others.  The fair was a great way for the residents such as Helen Horovitz, pictured here with Russ Charest of the CT AMC Conservation Committee, to find out more about energy conservation, recycling, regulating utility services and working towards a “greener” community.
