Perry Lewis, 83, of West Hartford, died March 3. He was the husband of Mildred (Rosenstein) Lewis. Born in Hartford, he was the son of the late Albert and Minnie (Sodafsky) Lewis. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Adrienne (Lewis) Charak, Howard P. Lewis, and Stephan R. Lewis; three granddaughters Rachel (Charak) Carlson, Jessica Charak, Deana Lewis; a grandson Keven Lewis; and a great-grandson, Martin Charak Carlson.
