Roy S. Kussner, EdD, 66, formerly of Shelton, Weston, and Avon died Feb. 7 in  Charlotte, N.C. Born in Shelton, he was the son of the late Morris and Frances Kussner. He is survived by his children, Kelly (Scott ) Wulinsky, and Sean Kussner; his grandchildren,Tyler, David, Ryan, and Edward Wulinsky; his sister Dale (Brian) Osborn and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
