Stephen N. Shulman, 77, of McLean, Va, formerly of Hamden, died Jan. 22. He was the husband of Sandra (Still) Shulman. Born in Hamden, Ct., he was the son of the late Harry & Rhea Shulman. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Harry Shulman, Dean Shulman, and John Shulman; his brother in-law James (Susan) Millen; and his grandchildren, Harrison, Sabrina, Alexa, Zoe, and Sam.
