HARTFORD – Stuart E. Rosenberg of Bristol has been named executive director of the North Campus of Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center.
In his new role Rosenberg, who has been associated with Saint Francis Care for 23 years, will be responsible for the coordination of administrative activities on the campus. Located on Hartford’s Blue Hills Avenue, the campus is home to Mount Sinai Rehabilitation Hospital, Saint Francis Behavioral Health Group, The Joyce D. and Andrew J. Mandell Center for Comprehensive Multiple Sclerosis Care and Neuroscience Research, Surgicare, Center for Advanced Wound Healing and Lymphedema Therapy, and Burgdorf/Bank of America Health Center.
Rosenberg most recently served as director of human resources for the North Campus. He previously served as senior vice president, chief operating officer and vice president for administrative services at Bristol Hospital, a Saint Francis Care provider. During his career with Saint Francis Care, he has also served as assistant system director of human resources and director of operations for Collins Medical Associates.
A graduate of the University of Hartford, Rosenberg holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in business and hospital administration.
He was recently elected president of the Connecticut Healthcare Human Resources Association and serves on the University Park board of directors.
In addition to his new duties, Rosenberg will continue to be responsible for corporate benefits, labor/employee relations on the North Campus, and human resources compliance programs.
