Tikkun Together in Hartford

Fifteen students from the University of Hartford Hillel, accompanied by Professor Avi Patt, spent the day apple-picking on Sunday, Sept. 18, as part of "Tikkun Together,"

Fifteen students from the University of Hartford Hillel, accompanied by Professor Avi Patt, spent the day apple-picking on Sunday, Sept. 18, as part  of “Tikkun Together,” a community-wide mitzvah day coordinated by the Young Adult Division of the Jewish Federation of Greater Hartford. The students collected 100 apples that they donated to the Jewish Family Services Kosher Food Pantry. The next Tikkun Together day is scheduled for Sunday, Nov. 20.
